I believe each of us has a unique set of qualities, talents and skills. That's our essence. The purpose of our lives is to share our essence with others. This could mean sharing it with your friends & family, your community, or perhaps even with the whole world.

I work for social justice and racial equity. I am exploring my own privilege and discovering ways to dismantle racism everyday.

My goal is to be authentic, candid and creative - not perfect. I want to play everyday. I want to foster joy & laughter. I want to have the courage to make mistakes and the heart to make repairs. 

I don't have all the answers. I am making new discoveries every day - about myself, about others, about the world around me. I'm ready to share these discoveries with you along the way.
